If i could, i would invent a machine that will slow the time down. ended the 3rd week of school with this "fitness star programme", supposedly a programme that prepares year 3 students for NAFA test. Honestly, i don't think it will help us that much, maybe it will help those who doesnt do sports. No matter what i still have to go! cos it is Compulsory!
we celebrated HongGuang's birthday at TP fountain, not surprisingly at all, he was thrown into the fountain and then flour. COMBO. (video on facebook!). Anyway, gym matteress FINAlly got covered up properly! it is in red and super clean, at least for now. For those who still doesnt the location of our climbing gym. It's just beside the dance studio @ sports hall area.
Climb On! 2009 was kinda toned down as compared to last year, the 2 obvious 'plus point' is that we see more foreign friends from indonesians, thailanders, korean & the usual malaysians participating. the 'big moveable volume' or wadever u like to call that haha!
My team ' the barracudas" finished second! Indonesia team and malaysians came in 1st & 3rd respectively.
As for myself, i didnt finish 3 routes, in the end i got 2nd. 1st and 3rd position went to the indonesians.
2 tests on monday! ( MNT & IWT)

1) been working on my project( touching up phase)
2) need to hand in MP next Tuesday
3) leaving for Indonesia for climbing comp coming Wednesday
4) climb at school gym on Saturdays( equal to climbing 4 times a week) but target is to climb days!
5) been eating opposite school( mon-fri) - si bei sian~
6) praying that my timetable will be friendlier than the 4semesters that we had.
7) bump into random people at most random places
8) clement finally found his______ahem* haha.
9) gonna skip first day of school cos i'm coming back on 19oct 12pm!
10) can't wait for ROCK ON 2009!

finally! everything has come to an end ! ending 16weeks of tuas-ing, waking at at 6.20am and knocking off at 6pm everyday(eh.. not really- i leave at 4pm every Monday and wednesday for training) but still.... it's tuas ! i must say i have the best SIP supervisor; Mr Christopher Forbes. i don't think any other supervisor would allow me 10 days off and totaling 64 hours of leave. also best colleague- xiao wen aka foam specialist. who is also a lab & development officer, she has helped me by clearing all my dobuts related POLYURETHANE.
This also marks the beginning of my upcoming project presentation, lots of work needed to be done on designing my poster, the most difficult part of it- is to summaries 40 pages of report into one stupid A1 size poster... ahh.. let's worry about this 2 weeks later! im gonna take at least 2 weeks break and focus on my training programme which i've planned and tuned for me by the kimchi-lovers(ja ha/in). Went yishun with them last week cause they wanted to climb at a place that is quieter and lesser people than climbasia so they can do their ' warm-up period interval training' as they gonna compete in korea cup 1-2 weeks time. 10 sets of 6c+ with short rest. They are so so motivated, that makes me so psych to train! the feeling and mood is different. i hope this fire will continue to burn untill next season emds. and hellO army.

im kinda psych about competing in Asia Championship, Korea ( chun cheon). Have been training frequently on my own and frequent Climb Asia more often past 2 weeks, did intense bouldering .
My goal for asia championship is rather simple yet difficult to be achieved: top 12-14 in bouldering & top 15-16 for lead! looking at the starter list(click to see) i know it sounded kinda stupid but i just wanna set realistic goals (:
anyway! i'm gonna do my best! for myself and for those who're always there for me!
